Balanced Starter list

Ultramarines/Gladius Task Force/IncursionShared

The main point of the army is to build a balanced list from the original 11th edition Starter Set. The army is proficient in most things, could drop the Bladeguard and Librarian to free up points for a Inceptor squad which would give some added mobility.
